Copyright Policy
Last updated October 3, 2026
We respect the rights of artists and rights holders. If you believe content on Alyona infringes your copyright, tell us and we’ll look into it promptly.
1. Sending a notice
Email legal@alyona.io (subject: “Copyright notice”) or write to Alyona LTD., Ockershauser Allee 8, Marburg, Germany. Please include:
- your name and contact details, and who you act for if you aren’t the rights holder;
- the work you believe is infringed;
- the link(s) to the track, profile or comment on Alyona;
- a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn’t authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law;
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them; and
- your physical or electronic signature.
2. What happens next
We review every complete notice. If it’s valid we remove or disable the content — including members’ copies made from the same recording — and let the affected members know. Knowingly false notices may make you liable for damages.
3. Counter-notices
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, reply to our message with the reasons, your contact details, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts. We may restore it unless the complainant tells us they have started legal action.
4. Repeat infringers
We close the accounts of members who repeatedly infringe others’ rights.
